 Mike is a wonderful photographer. I was taken aback when
I looked through our proof book at how many wonderful
shots there were. It was so hard to make the choices for the
album because of so many great pictures. He took lots of pictures and there was a fantastic
blend of traditional posed shots, candid and some awesome
photojournalistic shots. Mike also
did some really artistic
things with his photographs. He used light,
filters and
different focus tricks that come out amazing. We showed our
proof book to our family and friends and it was unanimous
that everyone just loved the pictures and everyone agreed that
picking just some of them would be hard to do.
Mike was also great on the day of the wedding because
other than when we did the posed shots I hardly knew he was
there. I didn’t notice him taking half of the
pictures, which were great because they really have
that personal, candid feel since the subjects were not
aware of his presence. He even got a really wonderful shot of
my husband and I in a sweet moment that we never would have
posed for because we would have felt really silly, but the
picture is so great because it truly captures us in a moment.

 We
could not have chosen a better photographer than Mike. From the
first time we saw his work, we knew he would be the best
photographer to capture our day. We wanted someone that was going
to work with the natural beauty of our beachside wedding as well
as someone we were comfortable working with. We have a great mix
of formal and creative shots and with his use of filters and
lighting, our pictures capture the romance of our day. Mike was so
unobtrusive, I couldn't believe when I saw how many pictures he
actually took. And, Mike really seems to love his work, he didn't
even seem to mind his foot slipping into the ocean to get a great
